We are excited to welcome select students to campus for the Bethany Scholars Day of Distinction, an exclusive academic experience for students invited to be considered for the Presidential, Honors, and Kalon Scholarships. 

This day is designed to help you explore your academic interests, connect with our faculty, and experience the learning environment that defines Bethany College. 

Parents/Guardians and families are encouraged to attend.

Event Schedule

9:30 a.m. — Check-In: Students will complete a brief Design Your Academic Trail quiz and receive a personalized scholar card that will guide program exploration throughout the day.

10 a.m. — Welcome Program: Hear from members of Bethany’s academic and enrollment leadership about the distinctive learning community you’ll find here.

10:30 a.m. — Academic Fair: Meet faculty from programs across campus. Students can have their scholar card stamped at each table and enter to win a special Scholars Prize.

11:15 a.m. — Campus Tours: Small-group tours led by faculty and staff.

Noon — Lunch & Reception: Lunch will be held in the Bethany Cafe, where students and families may also meet with a member of the Financial Aid team for personalized guidance.

1 p.m. — Optional Athletics Tour

Presidential Scholarship Interviews

Students invited to interview for the Presidential Scholarship will receive a link to select an interview time after submitting this registration form. Interviews take place during the day’s programming

Who Should Attend

This event is by invitation for:

• Presidential Scholarship finalists
• Honors Scholarship eligible students
• Kalon Scholarship eligible students 

What to Expect

The Bethany Scholars Day of Distinction is both a celebration and an academic exploration. You’ll connect with faculty, discover scholarship pathways, and engage with the intellectual life of campus.

Suggested Attire: Business casual or professional for those completing a Presidential interview.
